Hawthorne South Village Condos is a six-storey condominium development by Mattamy Homes, located at the corner of Louis Ste. Laurent, and Leger, in Milton. This is a large scale complex with thirty six suites per floor, on a floor plate of almost thirty thousand square feet. Mattamy was looking for a building solution that would help them meet their tight time frame for occupancy of the completed project.
We provided Mattamy with a solution that integrated Composite TotalJoist, pre-panelized walls, and fully integrated pre-cast cantilevered balconies.
